Frans is an expert in developing and organizing creative approaches to create impact. He is the creative mind behind several award-winning media initiatives in Europe addressing urgent social issues. As an Executive Producer and Editor-in-Chief at Dutch National Television (NTR), he led many international television series productions focusing on tolerance, diversity and inclusion. Some of them are: New Neighbours, Inside Offside, Roma in Europe and Muslims in Europe. He was also the initiator of the International Diversity Show and the Innoversity Parade in cooperation with the Dutch government and the European Commission. As the chair of the European media delegation, he was invited by the Obama administration to exchange ideas and knowledge with media outlets and diversity organizations in the US. He has provided workshops and training in more than 20 countries in Asia, Europe and Africa.
