Dirk is senior program advisor of RedOrange. He assists the business development team in tracking international tender opportunities. Moreover Dirk brings in his vast experience in project management to streamline RedOrange\’s internal processes and procedures.
Dirk is a civil engineer by profession and worked for more than 30 years for the international consultancy firms ARCADIS and Mott MacDonald. He has successfully managed many development projects in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Between 2012 and 2016 he was based in Dhaka, Bangladesh and responsible for long-term projects financed by DFID and Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (EKN). Since 2016 Dirk is also regularly carrying out missions for PUM Netherlands senior experts.
