After completing MBBS degree have clinical experience of a few years in serving Gynae and Obstetrics Dept. of Holy Family Red Crescent Medical College, completed master’s in public health at Reproductive and Child Health from NIPSOM. For further post graduation degrees completed Mphil first part in Population Sciences from Dhaka University ,as per academic result got opportunity and now in PhD course from the same institution.Have Research & and program implementation and monitoring experience for 16 years in various issues including Maternal and child health, adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH), safeguarding on gender-integrated family planning services (GIFPS), post-partum & other family planning services, gender-based violence (GBV), inclusive inclusion of marginalized population, environment and climate changes, Infectious and communicable Diseases and vaccine Sciences, Nutrition, HIV & and AIDS etc..
Extensive work experience and subsequent working knowledge in the Humanitarian context of Rohingya Refugee, the Most at-risk population (MARP) and have in-depth operational working knowledge on sociocultural networking and partner-based intervention process .Expertise on Team supervision and management, ensure program quality and readiness, representation and advocacy at local and national level etc.
