Mahfuzul Hasib is performing the role of Manager, Client Relations at RedOrange Media and Communication. He is responsible for monitoring, supporting and ensuring the effective implementation of projects according to KPI while maintaining a key link between program team and management.
Hasib has extensive experience of managing projects related to strategic communication, behavior change, and community empowerment for vulnerable groups. He has more than four years of experience in the humanitarian sector. He also assisted research work on Human Trafficking, funded by USAID. In his career path, he worked for the empowerment of women, gender equity, sustainable living for slum-dwellers, Rohingya crisis, community engagement, and inclusive development in the society. He has been involved with various projects funded by H&M Foundation, UNICEF, and the European Union.
He holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Business and Technology. Driven by his passion for communication and a desire to contribute to social betterment and positive change, he continued his work in the development sector. In his free time, he loves to play instruments like Esraj, Tabla and Flute. He also enjoys singing classical music.
