Naima Nusrat Juthika working as the Assistant Manager (Strategy) at RedOrange Media and Communication. She is coordinating all the projects’ internal activities to bridge the Programme and Production Teams. She is a development practitioner with expertise in comprehensive project and organizational management. As a Assistant Manager (Strategy) she assists higher management in day-to-day activities.
She has experience working with women and young people regarding sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR) & climate change, LGBTQIA+, gender-based violence, menstrual health, safe abortion, early marriage and girls with disability. She has completed her Master’s in sociology from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. Through academia, she attained the privilege to meet people from different countries and backgrounds and acquired greater insight into how people suffer from various issues in different societies. As a result, she found her calling in humanitarian work and social behavior change for diverse groups in society.
She has worked with the Ministry of Home Affairs India in NIDM, did research and completed her internship thesis. Previously she has also worked with the Bangladesh Govt. on two projects (the Department of Immigration & Passports and Bangladesh Election Commissions).
From her perspective, helping the community in need is very crucial. Therefore, her objective is to plan, act and lead the change in the community. She describes herself as a critical thinker ready for new challenges.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading books, traveling, drawing cartoons, and watching documentary films.
