Oindrila works as the Manager of Operations at RedOrange Communications. She studied Textile Engineering at Primeasia University and completed her MBA from Jagannath University. Her education helps her combine technical knowledge with strong communication and management skills.
She has worked in important areas like SRHR, the RMG sector, WASH, and climate change, where she tries to make a positive difference.
Outside of work, Oindrila is a passionate classical dancer and has represented Bangladesh abroad. She enjoys meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and believes that building connections can help bring positive change. Her goal is to make a positive impact and bring smiles to people’s faces.
