Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing technical, administrative, and compliance documentation for ICT proposals, tenders, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
Coordinate with ICT partners, software firms, consultants, and consortium members to collect technical inputs, organizational documents, CVs, certifications, project references, and other required submission materials.
Support the development and updating of company profiles, capability statements, project references, consultant databases, and proposal templates.
Format and compile proposal packages in accordance with RFPs, Terms of Reference (ToRs), donor requirements, and procurement guidelines.
Assist in the preparation and submission of bids through the Bangladesh Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system and other online or offline procurement platforms.
Track submission requirements, deadlines, and compliance checklists to ensure complete and timely proposal submissions.
Maintain organized records of proposals, partner information, submission archives, and business development knowledge repositories.
Support consortium formation, partner engagement, and coordination activities for strategic bidding opportunities.
Assist in documenting lessons learned and maintaining institutional knowledge from completed proposal and tender processes.
Required Qualifications:
Academic Qualification
Final-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Development Studies, Engineering, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Requirements:
Strong interest in business development, proposal writing, procurement, and ICT projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and proactively follow up on assigned tasks.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with government procurement processes and the Bangladesh Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of software development, ICT services, or digital transformation projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Previous internship, volunteer experience, or academic project work related to proposal development, business development, or procurement will be considered an advantage.
