Key Responsibilities:

Design stakeholder engagement and collaboration strategies.

Conduct stakeholder mapping and facilitate partnerships.

Lead planning and delivery of workshops, consultations, and knowledge exchange events.

Integrate gender, youth, and social inclusion across engagement processes.

Support technical visits and collaborative learning activities.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s in Social Sciences, Natural Resource Management, or related field.

C1-level English proficiency; Hindi proficiency preferred.

6+ years of experience in environmental/development projects.

5+ years managing stakeholder engagement and multi-stakeholder processes.

Experience in India and development cooperation projects.
