Position Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our founding engineering team. The internship is designed for fresh graduates or final-year students who are passionate about software development and eager to work on real-world products that make a difference.

You will work alongside experienced engineers and product leaders on live projects – from web and mobile applications to AI-powered platforms. This is not a “coffee-fetching” internship. You will write code that ships, contribute to product decisions, and have a direct impact on the technology we build.

Duration: 4 months (full-time) with the potential for a full-time position based on performance.

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (hybrid/remote options available)


Key Responsibilities

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will:

  • Build real products – Contribute to the development of web applications, mobile apps, and AI-powered platforms using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Write production-quality code – Develop features end-to-end under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Work across the stack – Gain exposure to both frontend and backend development, depending on project needs.
  • Collaborate with product and design – Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team stand-ups.
  • Learn and grow – Receive mentorship, feedback, and hands-on training in a startup environment.
  • Own your work – Take responsibility for features you build, from development to deployment.


    • Qualifications & Requirements

    Education

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate (within the last 1 year) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, CSE, or a related field.
  • Strong academic record with a passion for software development.


    • Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, PHP, Java, C#).
  • Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) – experience with React, Vue.js, or Next.js is a plus.
  • Understanding of APIs and how to integrate with backend services.
  • Familiarity with Git/version control (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Curiosity – you ask questions, dig deep, and don’t give up easily.

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Availability for a 4-month full-time internship (40 hours/week).
