Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
•⁠ ⁠Work creatively to produce original and aesthetically pleasing designs and solutions
•⁠ ⁠Liaise with clients and develop animations based on their concepts
•⁠ ⁠Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, or scamps to communicate ideas to clients
•⁠ ⁠Create visual content, including images and videos
•⁠ ⁠Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for web pages, company logos, web banners, advertisements, presentations, and other related designs
•⁠ ⁠Design models, backgrounds, sets, characters, objects, and animation environments
•⁠ ⁠Build accurate and detailed frame-by-frame visuals
•⁠ ⁠Prepare rough drafts of materials based on agreed briefs
•⁠ ⁠Use innovation to redefine design briefs within cost and time constraints
•⁠ ⁠Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
•⁠ ⁠Contribute to RedOrange’s business development by identifying potential new clients whenever possible

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor of Fine Arts or graduation in any discipline; educational qualification may be relaxed for candidates with strong graphic design sense
•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the related field
•⁠ ⁠Strong design and visual communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of graphic design, layout concepts, and aesthetic design concept development
•⁠ ⁠Proper drawing techniques and knowledge of artistic styles of illustration
•⁠ ⁠Artistic talent and a strong creative mindset
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail, self-discipline, and focus on self-development
•⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the RedOrange vision and ethics
•⁠ ⁠Hardworking and highly self-motivated
