Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and production of high-quality visual communication and awareness materials for project activities.
  • Develop Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, including brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, infographics, factsheets, newsletters, reports, and campaign materials.
  • Translate technical and development-related content into visually engaging and audience-friendly communication products.
  • Design creative assets for print, digital, social media, web, multimedia, and outdoor communication channels.
  • Collaborate with content developers, communication specialists, and technical experts to ensure visual consistency and effective messaging.
  • Ensure all communication materials adhere to project branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
  • Support awareness generation, advocacy, and Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) initiatives through innovative visual communication approaches.
  • Develop layouts and graphic elements for publications, reports, presentations, knowledge products, and promotional materials.
  • Review and quality-assure all graphic products before publication and dissemination.
  • Contribute to documentation, reporting, and knowledge management activities related to communication and visibility initiatives.


  • Requirements :

    Academic Qualification

    Postgraduate Degree in Mass Communication, Development Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related discipline from a recognized university.

    Professional Experience :

  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, creative development, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in:
  • – Designing awareness generation and IEC materials for development-sector projects;
    – Developing visual communication products for print, digital, and social media platforms;
    – Supporting communication, advocacy, and outreach campaigns through creative design solutions.

  • Proven experience in designing materials for multiple communication channels, including publications, social media, websites, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, branding, typography, infographics, publication design, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software and creative production tools.
  • Experience working with government agencies, development partners, NGOs, or donor-funded projects will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
