Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall project planning, implementation, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Manage project personnel and technical experts, including planning assignments and providing technical guidance.
  • Oversee reporting, work planning, and implementation of knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Lead the design and operationalization of learning, collaboration, and knowledge exchange platforms.


    • Required Qualifications:

    Master’s in Natural Resource Management, Environmental Science, Climate Change, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience implementing environmental/development projects.
  • 5+ years leading multi-stakeholder forums or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • 5+ years in project leadership/management.
  • Experience in development cooperation projects.
  • Regional experience in Asia, including India and/or Bangladesh.
  • Experience designing and operationalizing knowledge management platforms.
