Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital and social media strategies to support project objectives, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
Design and manage social media campaigns across relevant digital platforms to enhance awareness, visibility, and audience engagement.
Develop content calendars and coordinate the creation and dissemination of social media content, including posts, stories, videos, infographics, and campaign materials.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage online communities and stakeholder interactions, ensuring timely engagement and effective communication.
Track emerging digital trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to improve campaign effectiveness.
Support digital advocacy, awareness generation, and public communication initiatives through evidence-based messaging and audience targeting.
Prepare social media performance reports, campaign reports, analytics dashboards, and other project-related documentation.
Coordinate with communication, creative, and technical teams to ensure consistency of messaging and branding across digital channels.
Requirements:
Academic Qualification
Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Professional Certification in Digital Marketing.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 15 years of experience in digital communication, social media management, or related fields.
At least 7 years of demonstrated professional experience in:
– Managing digital and social media campaigns;
– Social media analytics and performance monitoring;
– Online community management and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies for development, government, corporate, or donor-funded initiatives.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital communication tools, analytics platforms, and content performance measurement.
Experience in preparing analytical reports, campaign reports, and project documentation.
Excellent communication, content development, data interpretation, and report-writing skills.
