Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) strategies and capacity-building interventions.
Support the Team Leader in overall project planning, coordination, implementation, and quality assurance.
Develop awareness, advocacy, and campaign-related training manuals, guidelines, and resource materials.
Conduct training programs, workshops, seminars, orientation sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Provide technical guidance on awareness generation, social and behaviour change communication, and community outreach initiatives.
Coordinate with government agencies, development partners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of project activities.
Monitor and evaluate training and capacity-building initiatives and recommend improvements.
Prepare high-quality technical reports, training reports, workshop proceedings, and other project-related documentation.
Contribute to knowledge management, lesson learning, and dissemination of project outcomes.
Requirements :
Academic Qualification
Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Professional Experience :
Minimum 15 years of total professional experience.
At least 7 years of demonstrated experience in:
– Developing awareness and campaign-related training manuals and materials;
– Conducting awareness campaigns, training programs, workshops, seminars, and capacity-building initiatives.
Strong expertise in Behaviour Change Communication (BCC), social mobilization, and stakeholder engagement.
Proven experience in preparing technical and project reports.
Experience working with government institutions and donor-funded projects will be considered a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coordination, and report-writing skills.
