Syeda Lamia Zahin is a strategic communications and sustainability professional with 8+ years of experience driving behaviour change, climate storytelling, and impact-focused project execution across Bangladesh’s development and private sectors. She currently serves as Project Manager at RedOrange Communications, where she contributes to the design and coordination of high-level projects that bridge policy, people, and purpose.
Lamia’s career has spanned sustainability innovation, circular economy solutions, and large-scale communication campaigns leading teams, building partnerships, and crafting narratives that spark awareness and inspire action. Before joining RedOrange, she worked across the sustainability ecosystem, from waste management to green business models, collaborating with development partners, private-sector brands, and community-driven initiatives.
Beyond her professional work, Lamia is deeply passionate about art, music, and environmental storytelling. She is the Founder of ReFocus, a climate storytelling platform that translates complex environmental issues into simple Bangla narratives, and an active theatre performer who believes creativity is a powerful tool for social change.
